Intelligent Omnichannel Based CTI Contact Centre Integrated Twilio Flex & VtigerCRM

We need a team to help us with developing our in-house Contact Center &
Lead Management System (CCLMS). We need HA, and redundancy built-in
into the system. The system is being developed to be used with the Twilio
SDK and API, to make & receive calls, generate customers’/opportunities’
histories, and manage leads based on our workflow, workflow based
algorithm, and dispositions. The System will also need to interface with
VTiger 7 (CRM) to push, and fetch data pertaining to incoming or outgoing
calls via the Twilio SDK.
Frameworks, and technologies currently being used and to be used are:
React, Node, JavaScript, RabbitMQ, MariaDB, Python [pypy] (for pubsub
based operations, amongst others), and Phalcon (PHP) for the API that the
front end will be using, and off course: HTML5, CSS3, GIT, Ansible,
Vagrant, etc.
We’re open to discuss changes w.r.t these frameworks, and how the
system should / may operate, keeping in mind the deadline for delivery at
the least of a beta system.
We are looking for:
Preferably a team of developers who can take over the
development, and keep to deadlines. Skillsets should include
the technologies mentioned in the above slide.
Deadline:
We would like the system to be at the least in beta by Feb 1st,
2019.

Key Technology Competencies:
Extensive JavaScript experience with two or more frameworks like React / React Native, Angular, Vue, Electron, Backbone.js, V8 engine, and/or Elm.
Awesome insights into how modern day JavaScript works, JavaScript performance tweaking, testing, and knowledge of shortfalls, and pitfalls with respect to JavaScript.
Some experience with TDD and/or BDD.
Extensive backend development experience with one or more of Ruby, Python, C#, PHP, C++, GO or similar, and a general familiarity with backend frameworks likes Rails, Django, Phalcon, YII, etc.
Fluency in SQL Databases, NoSQL Databases, Cloud Storage APIs, etc.
Fluency in TCP, XML, SIP and other web protocols & patterns.
Experience with building secure web applications, troubleshooting, well scalable applications, etc.
Extensive experience with API architecture design, and knowledge of CURL, REST, SOAP, oAuth2.0, JSONAPI, others.
Extensive experience with AWS and a core understanding of best practices such as EC2, VPC, RDS & credential management (IAM).
Production Experience with one Heroku, Cloud66, Elastic Beanstalk, EC2, Kubernetes or Docker.
CI/CD experience.
Nice to Have Competencies:
eCommerce Experience, ideally with WP, Woocommerce, [login to view URL] & Stripe Connect.
Twilio, Twilio XML, Twilio studio and other SIP based technologies such as Clickatell, SMSAPI, ASTERISK, VICIDIAL...
Open Source Contributions & experience with Semantic Versioning.
Native IDEs, Languages & Low Level experience, Git, Bitrepos, XCode, Android Studio, Swift, Rust, C & C++, Clang & LLVM, Electron, Nan & V8.
Hands on experience Zenhub, Trello or Similar.
