Integrate Raspberry Pi Python with OpenCV + Flask + Mannager of processes

I already have Raspberry Pi Python Main-Program (contains two processes) 1- Socket Listening on IP $ PORT=50100 2- Motion Detection I use dictionary with two keys: Boolean Mod_flag [Shows there is new data or no new data] & Profile_Flag [string and has three options [Profile_1, Profile_2, Profile_3]] When change profile name, Mod_flag switch True to break loop of Motion detection and reload configuration file (JSON) according to Profile_flag value. All the above are working fine.. The scope: I have Flask Video streaming python program is working fine.. I need to integrate that streaming program with Main-Program of Motion detection To unify The function.
