Fix my Slow PC, Consult and Configure for optimal performance.

Looking for someone to do the Following: Should be able to do this remotely: PLEASE READ FULLY

I have tried all the following free versions: avg, malware bytes, hitman pro, Spyhunter, Microsoft Essentials ran for 27 hours (had hacktool said its gone now not fixed) blah blah...need one that works.

Windows 7 PC, 2 MB RAM (yes small but not the issue here)

Objective: Figure out why my PC is so slow. and freezes. It loads pages very very very slow, websites, videos forget it they all are choppy and skip real bad. I used every virus scanner, malware, blah blah don't help at all or for only a few minutes.

1. Figure out why my PC is slow. Give analysis of the issues and consult on repair strategy.

2. Consult on options to fix it: Change what setting, What Spyware to use etc...and if you can get me a good version of what works for me.

3. Fix It:

Computer Should:

1. Browse and load pages fast and without skipping and pausing while loading.

2. Play Videos without Skipping and/or Pausing and freezing. Smooth video Playback

3. CPU is completely clean and has the right Spyware, Virus Programs installed and if you have a good version key lmk.

4. CPU has all correct Drivers and Settings up to date.
