No fee accepted until project completed for uhired.org software

This add on is to a website that is already completed. It is called uhired.org. The website needs a add on to help it run more efficiently so an add on must be added to prevent customers from paying the acceptance fee on a project until the project is completed to reduce costs for the clients on uhired.org. The duration of the project will be determined at the time of the interview. The language of the project would be determined at the time of the interview.
