We need:

FTP software in vb6 that syncs local files and folder with a webhost.

Can be importable DLL or software easily attainable.

As for security SSL would be nice and we have AES.

The goal is to conserve bandwidth by having ways to detect changes and log updates to keep local systems in sync with a webhost.
