We lost internal connection and after IT guy fixed it. The PC lost the access to the GP which installed on the server. So we tried to reinstall for that PC and typed the same user name which had been used. but it did not work.
We also had the customer file crashed so the customer profile cannot be updated. It also needs to be fixed.
We would also need other related jobs done if the above jobs can be fixed.
