I am looking for a coder who can create a dll for our C# application. This dll will perform certain filters algorithm like Histogram equalization, unsharp mask, Local contrast enhancement etc. The same task has been done using imageJ. I will share the script. Most importantly I need same results as from imageJ. You are open to use any open source image processing library or create your own. Previously one freelancer has tried using openCV but Histogram equalization gives different results from imageJ which is not acceptable (I will explain the difference in chat). I am looking for a freelancer who is result oriented.
