Conversion of Ninjatrader 7 indicator to Ninjatrader 8

I have converted many indicators from NT7 to NT8. Complexity on your project is to convert windows form to WPF window becuase NT8 doesn't support windows form.

Pienso que sera cuestión de convertir las instrucciones que causan problemas en la versión 7, a la versión 8, algunas habrán cambiado de nombre, otras tendrán parámetros de regreso, quizás haya que utilizar cuestiones equivalentes en cuanto a llamadas asíncronas.
