Build an authorization server/application

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows . I have a visual studio made c++ project for Windows. The project already has authentication codes written on it but i want the client to get authorised by a server to access the application. So your job will be to setup a server with all the necessary things to get my application authorised when the client enters correct credentials.
