Build an application pulling the hourly temperatures for a specific day from DarkSky.net

We need a console application that queries the [login to view URL] api and pulls the hourly temperature, wind chill, summary, and icon for a specific day in the past for a complete 24 hour period. So, 24 readings in totals for the 24 hours in the day for one call. We will need to be able to pass in the date that we are requesting to the app. For example: public class ReturnData { public string Time{set;get;} public int Temperature{set;get;} public int WindChill{set;get;} public string Summary{set;get;} public string Icon{set;get;} } return ienumerable<ReturnData>; This would return in an ienumerable class with values as such (without the brackets of course): <12:00> <32> <28> <Mostly Cloudy> <partly-cloudy-day> <1:00> <31> <29> <Mostly Cloudy> <partly-cloudy-day> etc Requirements: 1. Written in C# .Net Framework 4.5. 2. Well documented. 3. Api key stored in the [login to view URL] 4. Lat/Lon stored in the [login to view URL] 5. Able to call class dll and pull the information from another .net application 6. Class returns another class with information requested.
