In php, i would use php xml parser to parse your xml file and using mailchimp api or zapier, i would push the contact data to mailchimp. Simple as that. I am available for a quick chat on this and i can get this ready in next 4 hours max. Let me know.

Hi there... what I'm aware is you can import to mailchimp in CSV format. So, my bid is to write a PHP script that will convert the XML file to a CSV file so you can do the import by yourself.
