Hi, this is a very simple project I just want someone to teach me how to successfully install openvpn on my windows server 2003/2008 edition.I run a vpn company and all my servers already are setup for pptp vpn usage, but I'm having trouble setting them up to for openvpn: I tried following these guides below but got stuck on some steps [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Basically the end goal is to allow my customers to pick between using pptp or openvpn to connect to the server, whichever they prefer. Also each one of customers gets assigned a static ip address so you must know how to assign each client a ip etc.. So basically to sum it up all you have to do is ill give you access to one of my servers you install openvpn and get it working and then all you have to do is teach me how to do it myself so i can do it on my other servers. Hi, I've played a lot with openVPNs you can check my reviews for the same. Regarding the tutorial. I can provide you with one whole documentation on w to replicate the installs on your servers and also show you how to create users and/or have static IPs for them. But there is one condition I recommend you do it over in linux rather than in windows. Controls are a lot better in linux than in windows. Let me know how it goes for you. Hello, First i want to know we will have to integrate this setup with your database because if users change their password the changes have to reflect on the servers as well. Currently where do you store this information ? Might be database... might a radius server... i just need to know so i know which way are we going with the solution. Secondly, i will be providing a batch file that will setup generate the certificates and setup the openvpn services on your server and will do the needed settings so your users will be autheticated proerly based on the info i have from you.
