I studied power systems engineering and analogue electronics as part of my degree. I had service and maintenance experience. Some of my project work has also focused on power and analogue Electronics. My first and second year projects were mostly electrical and electronics based. I am interested in High and low Voltage power analogue electronics so I chose to take power and advanced analogue courses in my third year. My analogue electronics includes Transistors, OpAmp, FET, filter, Tuned and power amplifier, Mixer, RF circuit design and transmission line analysis. My electronics engineering knowledge and research includes microprocessor and microcontroller analysis, design and implementation. My group project work gave me experience of team working, analysing and problem solving experience as well as developing technical and engineering skills. My individual project developed my ideas about electronic manufacturing, and gave me experience of design experiment, PCB Design.
Following software I have used during my study and work:
• Power world simulator software to simulate the Power Transmission Line, Power flow Analysis, Fault Analysis and Bus Analysis.
• Matlab to design and analysis a power system and various systems modelling technique to Electrical, mechanical and electromechanical system.
• Knowledge on Hardware designing with Multisim, Proteus ISIS , MPLAB, XILLINX IDE.
To sum up, I believe my skills and knowledge made me a suitable candidate for this work.
