Page that needs customization: [login to view URL] Attached is a power point containing instructions - link: [login to view URL] There is some very advanced jQuery code in the template that I am using, so you must be an expert at this (which is causing a scrolling issue on my site currently). I also need to make sure that the developer is going to fully QA test this and ensure its responsive and works fine on both mobile devices and desktop. Please provide me with appropriate quote and time frame.
