500 Sign Ups - UK ONLY

I need 500 sign ups to my website from UK users ONLY. It's free to sign up but need to pay for the service. You can bid on two types of Sign ups: 1. Free: If the users are going to join for Free then this is your category. REMEMBER THAT I WILL BE CHECKING FOR THEIR VAILIDY. SO IF YOU USE FAKE SIGN UPS I WILL CANCEL CONTRACT WITH YOU IMMEDIATELY. I will contact every user that sign ups to check for their existance. 2. Paid Sign ups: Once a free user sign ups then they will pay for the service. If you are going to bid for this type of signs up then state in your bid. I am obviously expecting lower bids for Free Sign ups and you can ask to be paid a commission on the users first payment - I am flexible. Looking for a long term relationships. One more thing - Please don't patrionise me by saying "You will need to do this" - I AM NOT HERE TO TAKE ADVISE. I AM LOOKING FOR SERVICE PROVIDERS, NOT CONSULTANTS.
