300 Permanent Links PR2+

I am looking for 300 permanent links from websites. The links will be for three websites only. 100 links for each website. The links can be made from comment posting on blogs or other websites or they can be direct links with no comments. I don't care. However, I do not want article links or link exchanges since these will not be permanent since they can easily be changed once I make payment. The links can also not come from forum signatures or any other method that will not be permanent. If the links will not last long, then I do not want them. The links need to be on unique domains. So 1 unique domain per website. Multiple links from the same domain will not count unless it is for a different website. So the only way there can be a link from the same domain is if it is for another website which means there can only be a max. of 3 links from the same domain name. The links need to be on PR2 or higher pages. They do NOT have to be do-follow though. No black-hat techniques at all are allowed. This includes cloaking, spamming, automated posting, etc.... Any links that come from comments must be spam-free and must be relevant to the webpages. I do NOT require webpages to be in English. The links can be posted around any language. I will provide link text for the links.
I will manually check all links before sending payment. I will do my best to review all links asap. If any links do not meet all the requirements, I will request that replacements be made. Link text will be sent by PM. I am very easy to work with. Feel free to ask any questions.
