PowerShell script that installs and configures a Domain Controller, Dns and DHCP

I need a PowerShell script that installs and configures a single Domain Controller, Dns and DHCP roles on Windows Server 2016 Technical Preview 4. The script has to been written as a PowerShell Workflow. The script must be able to resume after reboot. Write the code as Powershell Modules when possible. Events and errors must be logged Configuration Settings must be read from an XML file. The script must configured the needed ports in Windows Firewall When the workflow has completed the server roles must be fully configured and the system ready to use. The script will be executed on the local server in a console that has admin rights. I can provide you with Remote Desktop access to Azure based VMs, if you need. The script will be tested by spinning up a new Windows Server 2016 Technical Preview 4 on Azure, manually executing the script locally on the server. It must complete without any further actions and it will be verified that the roles has been correctly installed and configured and that clients can join the domain.
