I need a small fix on an excel macro, the macro takes in a log file consisting of attendance details for employees in a company. The macro reads the log file, summarizes the details and charts the results. One of the charts graphs the % compliance, that is the % of people that clocked the minimum number of base hours according. The chart is not providing the correct % and this is what needs to be fixed.

I can send the macro and the log file sample.
