Auto Betting System

I use the Victorian TAB ( Australian TAB ) to place bets on harmess racing. I would like to have a system that can place bets for me automatically. I am not computer systems savvy but would envisage it having the ability ( after my login in ) to search for nominated tracks , search for nominated odds and at a certain nominated time after race official closure place a nominated bet, all the nominated things need to be variable. It would also have in place a "stop Loss" pecentage measured against betting fund and this also would be a nominated amount. If this is possible I will undertake a full out line in within two months.
