Chord protocol Implementation (the network join and routing impl.) in Scala using Actor Model in Elixir -- 2

This project is about the overlay networks and how they can be used to provide services. The goal of this project is to implement the network join and routing in Scala using the actor model(GenServer using Elixir) the Chord protocol and a simple object access service to prove its usefulness.
