1. Assign letter grades for scores as follow: A for score more than or equal to 90; B for score greater or equal to 80 but less than 90; C if score less than 80. Provide a summary for scores, and the assigned letter grades.
2. Create a new variable LOC such that: LOC = east if Location is E; and is west if Location is W. Provide a summary for LOC.
3. Provide tax as follows: For east: tax is 28% of income above 30; for west: tax is 32% of income above 35. Provide a summary for tax.
4. Provide a print showing name, LOC, and tax.
Run the program, provide: the program (as a SAS program, or pdf), the log, and the output.
