This is for a large better looking 'VACATION HOME PORTAL' . We need atleast 100K vacation home owners to our site within a few months. We need telemaketers to call each 'vacation home owners' (we have a large list for you already) and let them become member of our site(they may already be members of other similar sites). As a member they list their property, by placing photos, description etc of their vacation home. A 1 year membership cost around $250 and and we invest much in marketing and have good traffic to our site. So an average Member will receive 40-50 leads from potential clients for hiring their vacation home. It is important to note that 1. Our membership will cost about $250 (similar as most sites asking) but our site will generate much more leads for their vacation rentals for reasonable price, THIS IS WHAT ALL PEOPLE WANT! 2. Specially now with world wide crisis it is harder for vacation home owners to get their homes rented 3. We can offer millions of potential clients because we have huge network of high traffic sites and our competitor sites have between 20K and 200K clients only! 4. Also lot of other reasons, like site is looking much better, etc. but above that is reason why people will convinced ******************************************* We pay you $15 per membership. And it generates huge work because we have much more similar sites where we can do same thing. If you can handle multiple languages, please list them so that we can provide with the potential client list for you to call. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
