Help me create e template for bulk uploading of Ebay auctions

I have about 50 domain names that I want to put onto Ebay. I downloaded Ebay Turbo lister which allows you to bulk upload auctions....but you don't have to use turbo lister, it can be another product. I don't care what it is, just as long as it works. I've never used a bulk uploader before and need to hire someone who can do the following for me. I have an excel file that has 3 columns: The Domain name, Expiration Date, and Registrar. I want a template that will automatically pull the domain, registrar, and expiration date and insert it into specific parts of the auction listing so I don't have to manually create each auction. I'd also like to have it put the domain name in the title as well. I'll post the auctions myself, I just need the template configured and notes/instructions on how to do it. I can provide the information for the template. I just don't know how to stick in the variables.
