Project intends to design a Telegram bot

The project intends to design a Telegram bot, which on a functional level does the following : [login to view URL] first welcome users and explain its main functions, its workings and data retention policy [login to view URL] allows users to register the areas of information (e.g. introduction of new measures regarding shop opening, schools, child care, restaurants, public transport etc.)and places that they are interested in (e.g. their place of residence, workplace, other places relevant to their lives and travel) [login to view URL] give other relevant options such as English-language messages [login to view URL] give the option of informing about incidence numbers in the relevant locations that would incur stricter measures will allow users to decide which information should come through push messages, and which should be sent bundled at a given frequency, day and time (prioritisation) [login to view URL] give an option for sending feedback and decide who the feedback should be forwarded to (e.g. either about technical and functional aspects (to the programmers) or about content (to maintainers of the information)) [login to view URL] give some response upon free users’ input (e.g. explaining how it handles free inputs, direction to relevant contact information and directing to feedback)
