I'm looking for an experienced Director of Field Underwriting to lead our underwriting team. This position is perfect for someone who has at least 2 years of experience in the insurance industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a plan to direct all property & casualty underwriting activities. This individual will also serve as the sole underwriter, utilizing their expertise to review applications and approve policies.
The ideal candidate for this position should be a responsible professional who can drive a successful underwriting team. They should have the necessary knowledge and theoretical understanding of the insurance industry and regulations to provide effective leadership and guidance. Additionally, strong organizational and analytical skills are essential, as well as strong attention to detail and accuracy.
