3D modeling of a house after a sketch

Given a hand sketch of an old house, as the ones provided below, we need to model the building in 3D, with approximate dimensions and very basic texturing and light sources, trying to match the artist impression. We would prefer that the modelling should be done in SketchUp. The houses are old ruins and the hand sketches will be made by an archaeology student who worked on site. After completion of the modelling, we will render several 360 panoramas with the building interiors in order to make a virtual tour of the reconstructed environment.
