I take 1500 USD for a month and the project will take one month to be ready. It includes design, 3d renderings and floor and ceiling CAD Drawings. I will make renders to show every needful views in the interior for the building. It is hard to say how much exactly but it will be enough to see each corner in the interior. I use 3Ds MAX for rendering and Auto CAD for drawing. If you will want to change something after one month of work I would like to charge you for additional time, 1500 USD for a month or divided by 2 or 4 depending on time. Hi there, im an architect who specializes on interior design & 3d visualization. Work Plan: 1. Create the Floor Plan 2. Design the concept of the coffee shop (furnitures, wall and ceiling design, colors, etc.) 3. Create the 3D model of the design, so you can have an idea of what it would look like. 4. There are different ways to charge for this kind of works,we usually agree on: - 35% of the price at the beginning - 30% after the conceptual design has been delivered and agreed by the client - 35% after all renders have been delivered. You will get as many final images as you need,but since the space is not very big , about 4-6 renders may cover it all .
