Over the past decade I have moved into the embedded hardware and software theater working with Arduino, Microchip PIC, FPGA, Raspberry Pi, and mobile platforms. Hi there. I have done people counting project at an entrance twice in last 3 months. I used raspberry pi with python both times. I have its data, I can show you results right now. For each door, a person can run the program. All the data will be saved on the internet so any addition or subtraction on any mobile phone will affect the total number of people.
