Looking for QT Developer--1

Hello everyone! please don't bid if you don't have any thing of Qt. I don't want to waste my time! My initial budget is $500 and if your work is good i can grow your rating. Summary specifications: (1) basic mobile app done in QT for andriod and iphone. Note: QT is a requirement. (2) Back end server using only Postres. (3) mobile app will only have a few fields where its data will be written back to postgres. Additional specs will be given to guru who is 100% confident to do this work, and more in the future. English Language skills important.
