Based on the asset you provided, on my point of view some of the items on Category 3 might not work as expected like the ring and diamond as there's no way to properly place them on top of the characters face, the earings could be just a single piece and be placed on both ears on generation, or the files can't be edited? Also is important to know if you have more assets like those or should we standardize the images/files?, you want it to just generate an image upon clicking it or to be displayed on runtime and be able to click a "Random" button?.
