I work making robots to IBM, work with Selenium, Python, Java, WinAutomation and so on. I believe that I can handle this project, but regarding the spam detector I will need more information. Maybe use the google number creation or something like that.

For this project I would be using and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tool that I built. This piece of software can be configured through scripts to navigate complete websites, scrap data and download files automatically.
