I am trying to build ROS2 (Robot Operating System V2) based, remotely controlled (Indoor) rover which will have regular & infrared/thermal camera. I want to use it to monitor remote facility from home. Looking someone to help me from start to end. I need help in following
1. Hardware selection
2. Assembly of all parts (remotely)
3. Writing a code to control it remotely
4. Helping me to during whole process
This doesn't need to be fancy, just simple with following features
* Collision Avoidance (May be using LiDAR)
* Remotely controllable over internet (App OR Joystick) to monitor remote facility.
* Take a Picture when required
Hardware Choices :
I am inclined to use Raspberry Pi 4 (8 GB if required), but open to other hardware if better option available (Shouldn't be too expensive hardware)
Software :
Python is the natural choice for this, because availability of machine learning libraries, etc.
Tool :
Use as much as open source tools
Final Result : I want to monitor remote facility from my home.
