Plot maps in python3 with plotly.

Hi, I have a pandas dataframe (python 3) with homes. There are addresses and some characteristics about the address (size of home, rent, etc). Some of the addresses have gps coordinates (long/lat in WGS84) but some do not. I want someone to help me with a python 3 script that: GEOCODING: Creates a separate pandas dataframe - called GEO - with addresses and gps coordinates (long/lat) for all unique adresses. For all addressses that does not have gps information lookup to see if that infomration is in GEO. If it is, add it to the data set. If it is not, geocode the addresses, and store the data in GEO so next time we don’t have to geocode that address again. GEO shall be stored as a file locally that can be updated next time i run the script. PLOTTING: I want two types of maps. All plots to be done in plotly. The plots shall be stored as .html locally on the computer. Scatter plot with the markers colored depending on the average rent of the address. Like last example here: [login to view URL] I have a shapefile that contains all the municipalities and all the “election tracts” in each municipality of Sweden. It is in Sweref 99TM (ESPG 4619) and need to be converted to WGS84. Use GeoPandas for dealing with the shapefile. See here XXX. There will be too much data to plot if we plot all of sweden. Start with one municipality - “Linköping”.
