Hey, looks like a pretty cool project! I have worked previously on Facebook Webhooks, So I guess twitter APIs won't disappoint me. The PGSQL db, do you need to monitor it all the time ? or some scheduled cron or during any triggers? I've worked on a project for creating a twitter feed word cloud, web based dashboard, with a PostgresSQL backend and Python. I normally work with a friend of mine for fast delivery. If you want we could create a web based dashboard for your project also.
