Have previously worked on a project for predicting movements of prices for portfolios given the market conditions. We have expertise in finance as well as machine learning making us the ideal candidate for a task like this. Approach would be to use historical data for an exchange, do, sentiment analysis of major news at a market level/industry level and for a greater duration study the impact of macro variables (lIBOR/ Euro to USD currency etc.) on markets independently (as they are long range variables and flucuations are very slow compared to the market). Combine this information to feed directly into a neural network with provision for periodic retraining. Looking forward to hear back from you
