Comment a email classification project, and implement a small graph

I'm classfying emails into spam and non spam using the common code that uses python. I would like someone to a, comment the code and explain to me what is happening and how the classification works (aka how it detects the difference between spam and non spam) and also add a way of visualising the data with matplotlib or something. It should be a relatively quick and easy project so not expecting a large amount of work.
