My company has a dataset with all data coming from the from an online database, which can be accessed through this link: [login to view URL] . You can access our own dataset through this link: [login to view URL] . We would like to find an easier way for us to access any new data on this website than having to manually go into the website’s database every day to collect data. This might require web scraping. We use the same search every time, and it would be great if there we could receive the new data from this website as soon as it is updated. Here are the steps on the website that get us to the data we want: On the “Search NOTAMS” page, select the “Free Text” option. In the search, type in “OBST TOWER LGT”. A table is returned. On the far right of the page, there is an option to export the data to an excel file. That’s what we do. Can these steps be automated so that with the running of a line of code or click of a button, we’d be able to update our data with new data from this website? We’d really appreciate your help with this.
