Regarding my skill, I'm Msc. in Computer Science and I'm currently in the second year of a PhD in Mathematics and Informatics, specialized in Computer Vision and Machine Learning. The proposed system it will consider the follow feature: - Extract faces from video, by applying Viola & Jones Algorithmn - Add label for each images extracted. - To Classify the images with Knn algorithm. - Retrain the classifier with the new images and labels. - Allow choose the label taking into account the top5 labels predicted for the model. Her work need more time so I set your time also 365 days. But if you want early, i can do it. But accuracy depends on datasets to train. Because I will use CNN for it. Infact no one will give you 80%+ accuracy using only one time tag. So you have to correct it if it will falsely detected in my code. Hello, As the data is non labelled and labelling is done after the recognition, I'm planning on using opencv's inbuilt machine learning api's for training and the model can be appended with new data it wont be a problem. The complexity depends on the time it takes to label, already I have codes for face recognition and other relevant things, if given chance will fine tune it according to the needs and send it within 2-3 days.

Hi I would love to work on this project! I already made very similar system in the past - realtime face recognition for my classmates where I manually put names first. It was in python using opencv for capturing video and slightly modified face recognition library which used dlibs c++ state-of-the-art neural network models. This program needs only slight tweaks and adding of saving faces for further use and it should work on your problem.

I will be using openCV to get the images of the individual and CascadeClassifier for detecting the faces and Fisherfaces method for recognizing the faces and mark the attendance.
