The Hyer Collective Media Group is seeking a talented and experienced freelance project manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creative content creation, event management, and talent management. As a project manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with our team of content creators, event planners, and talent managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
Identify and manage project risks and issues.
Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
Manage project budgets and ensure that projects are completed within budget constraints.
Work closely with content creators, event planners, and talent managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or experience in a related field (e.g., business, communications, marketing, or project management).
Proven experience as a project manager, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Experience in creative content creation, event management, or talent management is a plus.
Knowledge of project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Basecamp, or Jira) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
