Seeking a Project Developer to assist the growing number of Energy-As-A-Service projects (PPA, OPEX reduction, leasing models).
Driven and motivated candidate to lead and manage the development of these opportunities throughout the lifecycle of the project.
From new business identification, financial modeling of the opportunity, securing all necessary permits and documentation, to financial close and construction of the project.
Requirements
Strong work ethic
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
5+ years experience in renewable energy projects
Strong project management skills and experience
Prior experience in both commercial and technical aspects of renewable energy project financing
