a baiting handle is as it is. a flat pieces of plastic or some other type of resin. with three small holes at one end drilled half inch apart 1 inch deep. these take the baiting needles. Or bating hook . there is anther piece of plastic or resin which forms a spacer to b placed on the needles. this is used to stop the needles from being drawn in to close to gather. when you are using the elastic cotton .to secure your bait to your hook.
