Yabba Dabba (I will resist the impulse to add "Do!"). My name is Rex Brocki, and I'm an old fart. I've been in and around the publishing game since I started as an intern at Houghton Mifflin in 1970 (which, by the way, was AFTER I had already written my first novel and sold my second).
In almost any business, but ESPECIALLY when it involves a finished product such as a publication, there are three things: "quick," "cheap," and "good." You can have any TWO of these at once. By inclination, I'm a fanatic perfectionist (i.e.: I stopped counting at 5 errors in the first four paragraphs of your "project description" text), so if you want the combination of "quick," and "cheap," well, it's your money... but I probably won't let you put my name on the finished product in that case.
I wrote, produced, and performed a one-hour daily radio show for nearly five years, so time pressure doesn't scare me at all... and I never once missed a deadline.
I just happen to be in the middle of a hardcover publishing project with attached Kindle and other EBook editions (sorry, I can't send you a link, since the whole project is "private" until I can get the necessary reviews), so I'm already doing most of what you need accomplished... I have two graphics people on a string at the moment, and as far as software and programming goes, my brother-in-law just finished six years of running a whole ISP by his lonesome, so if the pay is enough to interest him, I've pretty much got your whole team covered.
Try hiring a loud-mouthed SOB like me... we're the ones who know how to get things done.
Of course, the "SOB" part is mostly an act I use to scare off salesmen: I'm actually a pretty nice guy... just ask my wife!
