I would like to hire a Programmer

I'm a 20 year old ambitious college student ready to start a business. I would like a website/app that is able to have real-time polling for different sub-entries to a main topic. I would also like to be able to potentially find empty, leasable buildings where franchises can set up business. I would also want this website/app to also be able to be location enabled, and be able to infrastructure for ads.
