Biomass Recycling and Product Development Grant

I'm looking for a skilled grant writer to help me secure funding for a project aimed at transforming agricultural and industrial waste into energy and innovative products.
Key Project Objectives:

To add the product that we want to create is actually using the water tree logs and turning them into lump charcoal. The remaining limbs will fuel the energy. The bigger logs will be the charcoal. Wnt .e expected this to provide additional 25 jobs. In the community, while providing a service of waste disposal.
I have tried about every avenue I can think of. I have been told I will need the blessing of a federal official. This means it will have to be a federal grant.
I have invested over 200k in the biomass burner currently and the city has changed the law not requiring everyone to use it now
