Zabbix Configuration for PostGres and other items

We are in process for configuring our Zabbix server to monitor several of our customers environment which have postgres sql, MS Sql and all in AWS cloud environment. My staff has would like to do the following: Windows Service Monitor (configurable) to monitor specific named service we configure for it Linux Service Monitor (systemctl) not sure if this is possible and configurable per machine as needed Failed Login attempts over a period of time (machine login Default could be > 3 failures in 180sec) HTML Login to site. This should pass credentials we provide to login to a site and verify content on the page returned. If possible from there we would like to perform a function on the page (search) and match content on the page returned. If possible perhaps upload a small test document (not sure how we should handle this unless we later delete the object) Can we set triggers/conditions so that if a threshold is met for a drive space monitor, the system could execute a script we provide to remove temporary files or something of the sort (we would base this on age of the temporary files via the script)? What monitoring options are available for us for databases such as PostGRES and SQL Server? Can we perform queries via the monitor? Occasionally we’ve seen machines get out of synch with their time server, is it possible to monitor the server to see if it’s reporting the correct time based on it’s timeserver response? Can we have email notifications sent when a warning is generated? If so can emails from a patricular customer envoronment go to one address and to a different email address ifor a different customer? Is there any way to monitor the AWS servers I am looking for a quote that will give a detailed list of what we can monitor and the cost to configure the system to monitor what we feel is necessary.
