I need a web API service for NFC Chip cards, through the service you can add NFC chip tags and assign an action to it

Actions :

Website URL

Link Social accounts i.e Instagram, linked in, Facebook

When the action is applied on a specific NFC chip card, then when the NFC chip is swiped on a compatible device, it would be directed to this API web service to check which action was assigned to it.
