Need a website built that will allow users to search the most popular personal ads website for items, and text the listed phone number. Users should be able to do a keyword search or search within C L parameters and text message multiple people at the same time. Responses will be sent via website and will be saved for each user. Each user will be given a login and password and will have the ability to buy text messages in increments. A single phone number should not be able to be texted by more than one person using our tool. Need help setting up entire site including text message plan.
