Hello,
I am the suporvisor of a swim school in New Jersey. We need an updated software database that fits into all of the needs our growing office has. We need as program that can cater to our growing number of students. We need a full database of our students where we can access all of their information, and also we need a way to put each active student into the correct class on a specific day and time. We would like for there to be a way to keep our updated class schedules online in real time, so as soon as they are changed in our systems, they get updated online. We also would like a way to have the registration for our classes online with payment options, so the parents can do some of the work from home, eliminating paperwork at the front desk and the time it takes for each parent to fill the paperwork out. We would need a way to take attendance of each class, and a way to tell who is doing a making up class or who is enrolled in it for the session. Our classes are broken down into sessions, ranging anywhere from 10 to 14 weeks depending on which session we are in, and each class meets once a week for a half hour.
There is a lot more to this project that we would be needing, but this is the basic stuff.
