I need a webapp to bulk test whether websites are mobile friendly or not.

I want to be able to submit a large number of websites to the app and then have the app submit to the Google Mobile friendly checker and check whether they're mobile friendly or not.

The app will need to use rotating proxies and have a drip feed option. Please read my requirements once again and only send me proposals if you understand what I need. It'll save us both time.
