I need a software that will allow me to upload xls spreadsheets or openoffice spreadsheets. They will then display on the page and have a download link available to download the spreadsheet.
Software Functions.
Login Page
This will lead to a list of spreadsheets Contents Page (A)
Click on a list and this takes you to a Page where the spreadsheet is displayed. Page (B)
Page (B) will display spreadsheet that has been uploaded and a Section for Notes (C) It will have a download button (D) to download the spreadsheet. It will have an upload button (E) to upload the spreadsheet.
Anytime a new document is uploaded then the previous one will be backed up and stored permanently into the particular list backup. The automatic backup file name will be the [login to view URL]

Able to create new New Spreadsheets into A
Able to delete Backups
Able to edit notes
Able to set user name and passwords and permissions for User
User Access - Able to login
Permissions 1 - Able to upload
Permissions 2 - Able to download
Permissions 3 - Checkboxes showing which contents on page (A) they have access to view.
